Accession Number 1963.162 Inscription

"Surveyed for Mr William Corbit the 9th Day of June 1777 /  Philip Reading" is written across the bottom.  A second, much later inscription is written on the back, "Lot. / 46 perches / on which stands / the Mansion House / Erected by my Father / Wm. Corbit / Danl. Corbit / Cantwells Bridge / 1839" (see accompanying image).
