Comments

The small oval dish with scalloping along the top of the sidewall is decorated in underglaze blue.  A stylixed exotic bird occupies the right side of the dish bottom, and stylized flowers and tendrils fill the rest, all painted within two decorative bands, one predominantly blue, the other white.  The underside is also decorated with encircling scrolls around the unglazed and chamfered foot ring.
