Inscription

A maker's mark of an eagle in flight is impressed into the underside of the bottom.

Condition Notes

A stress crack along the booge intersects with another in the rim.  The platter is lightly stained overall.

Comments

This handsome and boldly decorated small oval platter exhibits broad, monochromatic leaves and floral petals tied together by thin stems.  

Research has not identified the impressed mark on the underside.
