Comments
This tiny hemispherical bowl stands on three applied legs, each of which is tooled into a crude (because of the small size) coil and then gilded. A domed lid or cover with a round finial fits snugly on the bowl. Both the lid and the body have a floral band encircling them, which was probably acid-etched, and then gilded.
