Comments

The shallow rectangular box has a sliding top that runs in grooves cut immediately below the rounded edges.  Painted decoration on the top features a central oval with columns and foliage in black, brown, and green.  A wide border painted in black has a fretwork-like design of semicircles.  Inside the box is divided into three compartments and lined with gold foil.
