Comments

The lidded, cylindrical canister has angled shoulders.  Paint decoration entails three rows of stylized floral motifs rendered in yellow on black:  around the shoulder, the base, and the body.  The large band around the body also incorporates orange.  The tinned surface of this ware, also referred to as toleware, is evident underneath the lid or cap.
