Comments
The shallow, rectangular box has a sliding lid that opens to six compartments. The lid has chamfers on three sides where the edges fit into channels; the unchamfered end has a finger notch cut into it. The corners of the box are mitered and nailed; the bottom board appears to be set within a rabbet cut into the undersides of the sides. The box is painted green, which has been worn or abraded away on the top of the lid.
