Comments

The white, round Chinese export porcelain bowl stands on a vertical foot.  The exterior is decorated with eight floral swags in green, red, and purple around the rim.  Two large floral sprays of green, red, and purple, and pink  alternate with two smaller ones on the sides; more blossoms are inside at the center bottom.
