Comments

This medium-sized pitcher exhibits linear and vertical movement in ways atypical of most Rockingham wares, especially those of earlier decades.  The sides are decoratively molded, but the modeling is shallow and other features overwhelm that decoration.  The handle is similarly thin.  The wavy rim is also small in scale.
