Comments
This small pitcher, probably for milk or cream (i.e., a creamer), differs from many Rockingham wares in its tapered cylindrical shape, small handle, streaked glaze, and shallow yet complex molded ornament. Floral vines, that are hard to discern, cover the sides. Each side has a bull's head at the top center. The glaze also exhibits some iridescence near the bottom of the pitcher. The pitcher stands on six round feet molded into the bottom.
