Comments
This small slat-back Windsor, so called because of the slat crest rail, has bamboo-turned rear posts and legs. The slat crest has a serpentine profile, and the rear posts terminate in balls defined by incised rings. As with other Windsors by Chesnut, the stretchers form a box.
