Comments
The 4-slat side chair has attractively arched slats and finely turned finials. Detailed baluster turnings animate the tops of the front legs and the ball-and-reel feet, which appear to be original. The ring-and-ball front stretcher ends in deeply flared cones, now worn by users’ feet. The top and third slats are pegged into the tapered rear posts.
