“STERLING” and “R / L / B” in blocks around a central triangle are stamped into the inside of one arm.

Comments
The U shaped tongs terminate in oblique rectangular blades pierced with rectangular slots. The tong arms are also pierced in the outline of a Philadelphia chair splat in the Chippendale style.
In 1935, the Rogers, Lunt & Bowlen Company corporate name was shortened to Lunt Silversmiths. Corporate business records are at Hagley Museum and Library.
