“BELLEVUE” is stamped into the top of the handle. Part of the maker’s name, “. . . ock & C. . . .” and “1 Pint,” is visible on the bottom.
Condition Notes
The iron is pitted, and one side of the bowl has a casting crack.

Comments
The cast iron porringer has a floral-style pierced handle, similar to pewter examples of the same time period. The rim of the one-pint bowl flares outward slightly.
The Bullock firm, located on Spon Lane, was founded in 1791. The Bellevue name on the handle identifies the owner.
